Need expert advice on a specific issue? If you already know what you need help with and think it can be resolved in an hour, or through a short series of consultations, you can book directly online. Send us the background and any relevant documents beforehand, and we’ll use the session to get straight to the issue, review your options and give you clear, practical advice on the next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Video Consultation Booking Policy Video consultations are reserved exclusively for you and payment is required at the time of booking. You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours before your appointment without charge. Cancellations, rescheduling requests or missed appointments within 48 hours are non-refundable, and a new consultation will need to be booked and paid for. Getting the most from your consultation To make the best use of your time, we recommend sending any relevant documents, correspondence or background information in advance. Please clearly include your consultation date and time, together with a brief explanation of the issue and what you would like the consultant to review or advise on. This allows us to familiarise ourselves with the matter beforehand and spend more of the consultation focusing on advice, solutions and next steps. If NUQS needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund. By completing your booking, you agree to this policy.
